Marinade For Chinese Chicken
For Appetizer: 17 to 18 wings.
For Dinner: 1 whole chicken.
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons ketchup or chili sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate at least 1 hour, best
overnight. Place chicken in shallow pan and bake 30 minutes, uncovered, at 375
degrees. Baste and continue baking 30 minutes or until done.
