One of your friends has recently gone through a similar situation, and there is no reason not to learn from their mistakes and experience.

Taurus
Not so fast there, buddy! You might have a lot of things on your plate right now, but that doesn't mean you can just rush through them all. Unless you want to have a whole bunch of unpleasant surprises rear their ugly heads a few days down the road, you need to slow down and look at things extra closely today. Even small talk deserves a little bit more extra attention than usual. You can't let yourself miss a beat today, because it could come back to haunt you.

If you're being totally flirtatious with someone and they're just not picking up what you're putting down, it's time to move on! Forget the fact that you have put in so much time and effort with them. Just let it go and cut your losses. If they aren't interested, you can't make them see how fabulous you are. The less time you waste on trying to change their mind, the better. There is someone much more appreciative waiting in the wings. Go out and find them!

Today you are in the perfect frame of mind to seek out new experiences and meet new people. Right now, you really crave substance over sizzle and sass, so go to the places that are likely to give it to you: Museums and cultural centers, for instance (skip the mall). Embrace things that confuse you or make you stop and think. Open up your barriers and lower your expectations -- only then will you start receiving the new experiences that you want.

Are you on pins and needles about an upcoming verdict or decision? You shouldn't be. It doesn't matter what other people think right now, because ultimately the outcome is up to you, and the way your life changes (if it changes at all) is totally up to you. You can allow people to voice their opinions about what you are doing, but you do not have to obey them. Now is not the time to hand the steering wheel to someone else. You are in charge, so flex your muscles -- it will feel good!

In any type of communication today -- from text messages to face-to-face conversations and even snail mail -- you have to be sure to pay attention to the meaning that's being conveyed.
