Pork Spareribs Barbecue
5 pounds pork spareribs, cut 2-rib pieces
1/2 Cup cider vinegar
1-1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon dark brown sugar
1/2 Cup ketchup
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Dash hot pepper sauce, or
1 Dash liquid smoke flavoring
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange ribs on rack in baking pan. Brown in oven
for 15 minutes on each side. Drain and put in slow cooker. Combine remaining
ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 10 hours or on
HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 hours. This recipe yields 4 servings.
