Cranberry Stuffing
2 cup diced tart apples
2 cup raw cranberries
2/3 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
12 cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
Chop cranberries in food processor. Mix cranberries, apples and celery. Melt
margarine in saucepan and add apple mixture. Cook approximately 5 minutes. Add
sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs and
seasonings. Add hot water to moisten. Stuffs a 10-12 pound turkey.
