Microwave Cherry Crisp
1/4 c. margarine
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (16 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Combine margarine with dry ingredients and nuts. Press half crumb mixture into
bottom of 9x9 baking pan. Spread cherry pie filling over crumb mixture. Sprinkle
with remaining crumbs. Cook on HIGH 6-7 minutes or until bubbly. Good with ice
cream or whipped cream. (Above for 600 watt microwave oven.)
