Beer Butt Chicken
1 whole chicken
1 can any kind beer
meat rub
Wash chicken , clean out the cavity, rub down with your favorite rub or make
your own from different dry spices. Pop the top on your can of beer and insert
into cavity of chicken and sit on smoker, close lid and smoke for 2-3 hrs. This
is a very juicy recipe and all the alcohol is cooked out. It is just as healthy
and low in fat as baked or broiled chicken. Except alot easier. You do not have
to turn over or even check for 2 hrs
