Quick Corn Casserole
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients and turn into buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for
about 40 minutes or until firm. Garnish with watercress.
