To Print
out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right
press on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT.
Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT
button on the screen.
Red Velvet Pound Cake
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 lb. margarine
5 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 oz. bottle red food coloring
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. sifted flour
1 c. milk
ICING
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
Cream sugar, Crisco and margarine.
Add eggs, one at a time. Add cocoa, vanilla and coloring. Sift dry
ingredients together. Beat in 1/2 of milk and 1/2 flour mixture. Beat
well and add remaining flour and milk. Bake in tube pan 1 hour in 350
degree oven. Mix above ingredients and spread over cooled cake.
