Hawaiian Pudding Cake
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (#2) can fruit cocktail
Icing
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. (#1) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
Stir together flour, soda, salt and sugar. Then add egg, vanilla,
and fruit cocktail; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
in a 9x13 inch pan.
Icing: In saucepan, combine Pet milk, 1 stick margarine and sugar.
Cook until thick. Add vanilla, drained pineapple and 1 cup coconut.
