Apple Nut Pudding Cake
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter .
Mix sugar, 3/4 cup flour and butter in bowl. Stir in milk and
vanilla. Stir in apple and nuts. Spread in greased 9 inch pan. Mix
1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over
apple mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes
