Peanut Butter Blonde Brownies
2-1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. margarine, soft
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi sweet morsels, separated
In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set
aside. In a large bowl combine butter and sugars and
vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating
well after each. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup
chocolate. Spread into greased 15"x10" pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle top with
remaining 1 cup chocolate morsels. Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread evenly over brownies. Cool. Cut into 2" squares
