Beef Vegetable Casserole
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. raw rice
1 (No. 2) can mixed peas and carrots
1 onion
1 can tomato soup
Cook rice. Brown hamburger and onion. Mix hamburger and
tomato soup. Put into casserole with a layer of hamburger
mixture and then a layer of peas and carrots until all is
used up, with hamburger on top. Top with bread crumbs and
bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
