Beef Chili Loaf
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 small can chili (no beans)
1 can (1 lb. 1 oz.) whole
kernel corn, drained
1 block sharp/medium Cheddar
cheese, grated
1 bag Fritos
1 large onion, chopped
2 hot peppers, chopped
3 garlic pods, chopped
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cube butter
Saute onion, peppers and garlic in butter. Remove from
skillet. Fry hamburger with onion salt, garlic salt and
chili
powder. Drain excess grease from hamburger before cooked
through, add corn, chili and sauteed mixture; finish cooking
hamburger.
In a large casserole dish put in layers half of the
hamburger mixture. Second layer is 1/3 of the grated cheese.
Third layer is remaining hamburger. Fourth layer is
remaining
cheese. Top layer is Fritos. Bake for 30 minutes at 400
degrees.
