Lemon Apricot Cake
1 box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1 cup apricot nectar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 whole eggs
1/2 cup sugar
Put mix in mixing bowl then add one at a time in this order: sugar, oil, apricot
nectar and eggs. Mix well and beat on high for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13
inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. While hot stick holes into cake
with fork. Pour the following mixture over the top while still hot: 1 box
powdered sugar, 1/2 cup apricot nectar and 2 Tbsp of lemon juice. Pour this
until topping runs down into cake.
