Apricot Bread
2 1/2 cups and 1 tablespoons flour
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 Junior size jar Apricots baby food
Mix the baking soda into the buttermilk. Mix flour, oil, cinnamon, baking soda
mixture, nuts, eggs, sugar and baby food. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325 ? for 60 minutes.
