Coleslaw with Slivered Almonds
1-1/2 bags precut cabbage and carrot
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 Tablespoons slivered almonds
4 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1 Cup cocktail peanuts
3 Packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles
1 Cup canola oil
3/4 Cup rice wine vinegar
3/4 Cup sugar

Prepare dressing as follows: Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and the flavoring
package from the noodles in a covered jar. Shake vigorously.
Add the peanuts, onions, almonds, sesame seeds, and crushed noodles to the
vegetable mixture. Mix well.
Add the dressing and combine.
Servings: 12
