Tuna and Rice Casserole
6-1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
Cooked rice
Fill half of 3 quarts casserole dish
with cooked rice that has been sprayed
with Pam. Add tuna. Over tuna spread
soup and chopped onion. Pour less than
half can of water over top. Sprinkle
black pepper on top and cover. Bake at
350 degrees for 40 minutes.
