Ham'N Tater Casserole
1 lb frozen Tater Tots
1/2 lb cubed ham (I used 1 lb)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper (I used a whole green pepper)
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (I used 8 oz)
6 eggs (I used 8)
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
In crock pot, layer ingredients in order given, making three
layers. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over layers in crock pot. Cook on LOW-10-12
hours.
I cooked this on high for 4 hours and the eggs were
completely set.
