Jae, Central OK..This is a recipe I have used for 30 + years, hope this what your looking for. Also, I have a recipe for cookies made with Mincemeat, I will look for it if you would like that recipe too.

Fruit Cake Cookies

4 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cloves
dash of nutmeg
1 cup chopped, mixed candied fruit
1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
1 cup chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add the beaten egg. Combine lemon juice and milk, and add to the creamed mixture. Combine dry ingredients and blend. Finally, add the fruit and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for about 10-12 minutes.
