L Glover, I did see where the egg roll
recipe did not specify what to put that
tasty filling in. However, in your
produce section in WalMart or grocery
store, there are packages of egg roll or
won ton wrappers. That is what you use
for egg rolls. Below are 2 different
versions of egg rolls.

Egg Rolls with Cabbage
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 med.-lg. onion, grated
1 med. size cabbage, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. 6x6 egg roll wraps
1-1/2 c. oil for deep frying
Mix all ingredients into frying pan
except egg roll wraps and oil. Brown
meats and drain. Place 1 - 1 1/2
tablespoons into the center of each
wrap; roll up. Heat oil in deep pan. Fry
egg rolls in hot oil 2-3 minutes, until
golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Yield about 18-20. listed under Eggs in
