Mexican Pork Chops
Makes 4 servings
Weight Watcher Points - 4 Points
4 boneless Pork Chips (5 ounces) (I used Schwan's)
1 cup salsa
1 bell pepper
1 cup white onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Season pork cops to taste. In a nonstick skillet brown pork
chops on both sides. Add salsa, bell pepper and onion.
Simmer for 30
minutes. (I have also cooked this in the oven for 30 minutes
at 350 degrees.
