Chris, here's another cucumber recipe.
Cucumbers in Sour Cream and Vinegar
4 to 5 cucumbers, sliced thin and salted
Put in a bowl and refrigerate for two to
three hours. Drain excess water. In a
separate bowl. combine one carton of
sour cream and ¼ cup vinegar (you may
use less of each. depending upon the
amount of cucumber slices.) Add a little
pepper. Pour the sour cream over the
drained cucumbers and mix well. Serve
chilled
