Crispy Baked Chicken
1 container low fat or fat free if you can find it, French
onion dip.
skim milk
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup wheat bran
6 skinless chicken breasts halves.
Heat oven to 350 degrees, Spray pan with cooking spray. Put
dip in shallow dish, stir until smooth. Add milk, 1
tablespoon at a time, until of pourable consistency. Combine
crumbs and wheat germ on waxed paper. Dip chicken in dip
mixture and then roll in crumb mixture. Place on prepared
pan and baked 45 to 50 minutes until done. I turn over half
way through. Serve with a green salad and brown rice or
steamed vegetable of your choice.
