Hi Nancy,
This is in response to those who want the CHERRY SALAD
recipe. My MIL has this every Thanksgiving and Christmas. We
use this instead of Cranberry jelly.
Cherry Salad
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
1/2 cup water
6 oz box Cherry Jell-O
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 to 2/3 cup pecans
3/4 cup cola
1 small can crushed undrained pineapple
Mix pie filling, water, sugar and Jell-O together in
saucepan and heat on low for 5 minutes until dissolved. Let
cool. Add nuts, cola and pineapple. Refrigerate. Can be made
the day before to let flavors blend.
