Apricot Fish
Makes 4 servings
Weight Watcher Points - 3 Points

1 pound fish fillets
1/3 cup non-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons apricot jam
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Arrange fish in baking casserole that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees, uncovered, for 4 to 5 minutes.
Drain any liquid. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake for 2 minutes longer to heat sauce.
