Spaghetti With Garlic And Oil
3/4 lb. spaghetti or favorite pasta
5 tbs. olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
(optional)
2 tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Prepare pasta until done cooking.
Heat oil in moderate heat. Add
garlic and pepper. Cook until garlic
softens, about 1 minute. Drain
pasta. Toss with oil mixture. Add
parsley and salt and pepper.
