Skillet Fried Corn
4 slices bacon*
3 c. fresh cut corn
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Cook bacon until crisp; drain and
crumble. Add vegetables to drippings.
Cover. Cook over low heat for 5 to 8
minutes or until tender. Season with
salt and pepper. Sprinkle bacon over

bacon with mine but it is good that way!
I also fry all the veggies in butter.
