For an easy to make, delicious coffee
cake, try this one. It's a hit right out
of the oven served warm or even better
the second day served at room
temperature. It's extra moist and full
of flavor. Enjoy with a cup of coffee!
Peach Coffee Cake
18 oz. yellow cake mix or lemon cake mix
21 oz. peach pie filling
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Mix the three ingredients until the
peaches are in very small pieces. Spray
9 x 13 pan. Pour batter into prepared
pan.
Topping:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cold oleo
Use a pastry cutter or fork to mix into
a crumbly mixture. Add 1/2 cup chopped
pecans. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at
350 deg. for 40-45 minutes or until
tests done in middle.
Serve warm or cold.
