Pauline in Pa, I have never hear of Ham Cream Soup, but I imagine it would be very good, I love cream soups, but here is a recipe for Ham Chowder that I use.

Ham Chowder

1/2 lb. cubed ham
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 Tbs. butter or margarine
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups cubed potatoes
4 cups milk
4 Tbs. flour

Brown ham and onion in butter. Cook peas and potatoes. Drain and add to ham. Slowly stir in milk and flour. Heat through and serve.
