Egg Bake
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. bacon
6 slices Texas toast
7 eggs
2 cups milk
Fry, drain, cool and crumble the sausage
and bacon. Butter one side of the bread
slices. Place buttered side down in a 9"
x 13" dish. Beat the eggs and milk.
Season with salt and pepper. Pour over
toast. Sprinkle with meat and top with
shredded cheese. Chill. Bake 350° 25-30
minutes.
