Hello all you great cooks! I haven't had
a chance to send anything in to Nancy in
a long time. But I do read all the time
and this is just the best email I get
everyday.
This cake recipe was sent to me from a
friend who made it over the weekend. So
easy!!
Chocolate Ding Dong Cake
1 box chocolate cake
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 c. sugar
Bake cake according to directions on box
in 2 round pans. When cool make 4 layers
using bread knife, this is optional. Mix
together sour cream, sugar & Cool Whip.
(Mix real good.) Spread between layers.
Put chocolate icing on cake.
