Cherry Cobbler
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal, uncooked
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1 can thickened cherries (pie filling)
Mix all the above together (except fruit
filling) until blended.
Put 1/2 crumble mixture in 13 x 9 inch
baking pan.
Put thickened fruit on top; then
remaining crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at
350ºF.
NOTE: I have used this with many other
fruit fillings in place of the cherries.
