Cake Mix Kuchen
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Blend with pastry blender. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Build
up sides. Bake at 350° for 10 minute. Top with pie filling
(apple, cherry, or apricot can be used). Use 1 cup dairy
sour cream and 1 egg beaten together and drizzle over top of
filling. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until edges are
brown.
