Berry Cookie Cobbler
2 bags (12 oz. each) mixed berries,
thawed
1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 roll (18 oz.) sugar cookie dough
(Pillsbury)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix berries, pie
filling, sugar and cinnamon. Transfer
fruit mixture to an 9 x 13 dish. Crumble
cookie dough over fruit, covering
thickly and completely. Bake uncovered
until cookie crust is golden and crisp
and juices bubble thickly, about 45
minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
