Here's one we love at my house. I
usually serve it with vanilla wafers but if you want easy
and "fancy", thaw some frozen pound cake and top slices with
this dip and a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with a dash
of cinnamon. Fools 'em every time!
Pumpkin Dip
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Beat all ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Refrigerate
several hours or overnight.
Serve with vanilla wafers or apple slices.
