For Sandra from Oregon: My family really likes this orange
cake. It is baked in a tube pan but I think it has the
texture of a pound cake (maybe a little lighter.) It is
called
Orange Sunshine Cake
1 box supermoist cake mix
1 jar (10 ounces) orange marmalade
2 teaspoons grated orange peel.
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour tube pan. Prepare
cake mix according to directions except decrease water to 1
cup and add orange marmalade and peel. Bake 45 to 50 minutes
or until cake pulls away from pan. Cool 10 minutes. Remove
from pan and cool completely.
May be glazed with 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon grated
orange peel, and 2 teaspoons orange juice mixed until
smooth. (I don't glaze mine.)
