Orange Jell-O Salad
1 large box orange Jell-O
1 (9 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small box instant lemon pudding
1-3/4 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups cold
water. Combine Jell-O with drained crushed pineapple and
drained mandarin oranges. Chill in a 9/13 dish. (I use the
liquid of the oranges as part of the 2 cups of cold water).
When firm make instant lemon pudding with 1-3/4 cup milk.
Let thicken a little. Whisk in gently the Cool Whip. Spread
on top of Jell-O.
