Harvard Beets
2 (14-15 ounce) cans cooked cubed beets
Drain and heat.
Add 1/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 Tablespoons vinegar
Add (to thicken) one tablespoon cornstarch that has been
mixed with a small amount of cold
water. Add beets and heat together.
