For those who love clam chowder. This is an easy and fast
chowder:
Clam Chowder
I can Clam Chowder ( I buy from Dollar General)
I can of Clams (Any size you need)
I stick of butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Hot sauce to your taste
Put you butter or margarine in you pot. Then put your Clams
in butter on medium heat and cook for several minutes.
Similar to cooking oyster stew. Empty your can of chowder
into the butter and clams. Bring to a boil. Stir so that the
chowder does not burn. I usually cook on medium heat. Add
salt and pepper to taste. Either add the hot sauce, or let
individuals put in sauce to taste. This is a good chowder
for a late supper, or when you need something fast.
